Enzo's Pizza Sprint in Neu-Ulm

The lady on the phone should get a little introduction ... How to take an order with customers in a friendly manner. The food used to be amazing but its quality and taste have deteriorated. A few tips: Parma ham and peppers should not be baked with them !!! Maybe buy a new oven that doesn't get so hot that the pizza burns on the edge. The dressing for the salads should also be reworked that has no taste in any way. It's also a shame that you don't get the order in under an hour. Criticism should be accepted to make changes to stand out from others.

Best pizza in town

Wanted to place a large order over the phone, I listed the pizzas / ingredients. The waitress didn't do this quickly enough and immediately made several unfriendly comments. Then I made the suggestion to call again. Which was too stupid for me and I ordered somewhere else. The operation was probably just under stress. Unfortunately I can't say anything about the pizza ... 😐

Unfortunately, pizza doesn't taste good anymore, but you paid extra and you always got something on it

Pizza tasted better, also the bottom. Nothing special. Arrived on time for the appointment but only lukewarm (on Sundays). Driver was friendly.

Great service, always friendly, and you can live with the waiting time, which is usually a bit longer than 1 hour. The most important thing is to eat and that's just awesome ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.

Normally everything was fine except yesterday the operator who said she was the boss 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

Ingenious pizzas and great delivery service

Great delicious u fresh. From unfriendliness according to other reviews I have never noticed anything (apart from that everyone is stressed and tense ... who doesn't ... I think !!!). The main thing is tasty. U price performance is absolutely acceptable!

I liked the pizza very much. The delivery was problem-free and much faster as stated. Great.

The lady on the phone was stressed and rude on the phone. That's why I won't order anything more there. Pizza was good back then, but now it has subsided. Soils mostly burned. Delivery took over 1 hour.

Today I am writing my first complaint to enzos Pizza. I'm sorry I was a regular customer with my company colleagues. The operation on the phone was very unfriendly, aggressive and completely disrespectful ..... Sorry but ... never again !!! In the kitchen you make great pizza!

Actually great, timely delivery and great taste. If only the pizza base hadn't burned again and again.

One of the best pizza bakers in Neu-Ulm, if not the best.

Super delicious pizza, price-performance definitely perfect. Antipasti phenomenal, lots of different ingredients and a small pizza bread included !!! Super nice driver (I made a mistake at the delivery address), gave no problems and best of all, the pizza was still hot despite the 25min detour. We recommend.

The very best delivery service far and wide! If you pre-order by appointment, delivery is always super punctual. Price performance is just right here! Best pizza and best pasta dishes (This is what you have to do !!) Otherwise, it often takes up to an hour for the delivery to arrive, but good food takes time ;-)

Enzo’s Family pizza’s are the best! To my experience, It would be enough to serve for 4-5 people. Moreover the taste and quality of the dough is top notch and you can add different ingredients based on your preferences to the pizza.

The pizza was delicious. The bottom of the jumbo pizza was very fluffy. It was one of the best pizzas I have ever eaten. Delivery time was also respected. Lovely again.

The best pizza in Ulm by far !! Super delivery service! Almost always comes on time. Very nice staff and quality of the food is also very satisfactory. We ate a lot of pizzas in the Ulm area because you constantly see advertising flyers and other advertising you tried so tried but that was one of the best if not the best pizza!

Ample parking, but no seating options. Like for 2 people it's possible just outside the door but if you're a group, then better eat at your car. Pizza is nice and so is the service :)
